As one of the Legal Entity State Universities (PTN-BH) in Indonesia, Hasanuddin University was mandated by the Director General of Higher Education, Kemdikbudristek through a Letter from the Director of Resources, Directorate General of Higher Education, Kemdikbudristek Number 1955/E4/KK.01/2021 dated 11 July 2021 concerning Results Selection for Organizing Basic Skills Improvement Training in Instructional Engineering (PEKERTI) and Applied Approach (AA) and Letter from the Director of Resources of the Directorate General of Higher Education, Ministry of Education and Culture, Ministry of Education and Culture Number 2130/E4/KK.0l.0l/2022 dated 14 June 2022 concerning the Determination of Higher Education Institutions Providing PEKERTI Instructors and Applied Approach (AA).

In order to implement the mandate of the Director General of Higher Education, Ministry of Education and Culture, the Institute for Quality Assurance and Educational Development (LPMPP) through the Learning and Curriculum Development Division held: Focus Group Discussion on Preparation of Applied Approach (AA) Training Modules which was held on 29-31 May 2023 and was attended by There were 26 speakers/resource persons, directors and moderators.
