LPMPP Conducts 97th PEKERTI Training for Unismuh Makassar Lecturers Online

A total of 27 lecturers from the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar attended the 97th batch of Basic Instructional Techniques Improvement Training (PEKERTI) organized by the Institute for Quality Assurance and Educational Development (LPMPP) Hasanuddin University. The activity which took place from January 29 to February 3, 2024 aims to improve the skills of lecturers in preparing semester learning plans and implementing effective learning techniques.
Trainees were given the opportunity to gain in-depth insight into the latest instructional strategies by presenters from the LPMPP of Hasanuddin University. The materials presented included innovative learning techniques, utilization of technology in the teaching process, and effective learning evaluation. In addition, participants were also invited to collaborate in designing semester learning plans that can improve the quality of education at the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar.
The Head of LPMPP, Prof. Dr. Ir. Musrizal Muin, M.Sc expressed his hope that through this PEKERTI, the lecturers who participated in the training could make a positive contribution to improving the quality of education. “We hope that the participants can implement the skills acquired during this training to provide a better learning experience for students, thus creating qualified graduates who are ready to compete in the world of work,” he said. The 97th PEKERTI training at LPMPP Hasanuddin University is expected to be a concrete step in supporting the improvement of the quality of higher education in Indonesia.
