PEKERTI Training Batch 107: LPMPP Unhas Strengthens Educators' Competence Through Offline Training

The Hasanuddin University Quality Assurance and Education Development Agency (LPMPP) once again held the 107th Basic Instructional Skills Improvement Training (PEKERTI) on July 21-26, 2025. This activity was held offline at the LPMPP Unhas Hall and was attended by 39 participants from various educational institutions and health services.
The training participants consisted of 35 people from the Ujung Pandang State Polytechnic, 1 person from the University of West Sulawesi, 2 people from Satya Wacana Christian University in Salatiga, and 1 person from the Kanjilo Barombong Community Health Center.
The program was officially opened by Prof. Dr. Ir. Musrizal Muin, M.Sc., Chair of LPMPP Unhas. In his opening remarks, he emphasized that the training aimed to enhance the competencies of lecturers and educators in designing and implementing effective, creative, and technology-aligned educational learning processes.
Over the six-day program, participants received training on topics including lesson planning, active teaching strategies, assessment techniques, and the use of media and technology in the teaching process. Additionally, the training served as an opportunity for participants to exchange experiences and build professional networks across institutions.
With the successful conduct of this activity, LPMPP Unhas hopes that all participants will be able to implement the skills gained to enhance the quality of learning at their respective institutions.
