Applied Approach Batch 51: LPMPP Unhas Improves Lecturer Competence through Online Training

The Quality Assurance and Educational Development Agency (LPMPP) of Hasanuddin University is conducting the 51st Applied Approach (AA) Training Program from July 28 to August 1, 2025. The program is being held online and is attended by 15 participants, comprising 14 lecturers from the State Polytechnic of Ujung Pandang and 1 lecturer from Muhammadiyah University of East Kalimantan.
The training was officially opened by Prof. Dr. Ir. Musrizal Muin, M.Sc., Chair of LPMPP Unhas. In his opening remarks, he emphasized that the Applied Approach training is an important component of faculty professional development to enhance the quality of higher education.
Over the five-day program, participants received training on innovative teaching strategies, lesson planning, assessment of learning outcomes, and the use of educational technology. Through interactive learning methods, the training also provided participants with opportunities to discuss and share experiences in developing more effective teaching practices.
LPMPP Unhas hopes that through this training, participating lecturers will be able to apply the knowledge and skills gained to create a quality, adaptive, and relevant learning process that meets the needs of students.
