As one of the Legal Entity State Universities (PTN-BH) in Indonesia, Hasanuddin University was mandated by the Director General of Higher Education, Kemdikbudristek through a Letter from the Director of Resources, Directorate General of Higher Education, Kemdikbudristek Number 1955/E4/KK.01/2021 dated 11 July 2021 concerning Results Selection for Organizing Basic Skills Improvement Training in Instructional Techniques (PEKERTI) and Applied Approach (AA) and Letter from the Director of Resources of the Directorate General of Higher Education, Ministry of Education and Culture Number 2130/E4/KK.01.01/2022 dated 14 June 2022 concerning the Determination of Higher Education Institutions Providing PEKERTI and Applied Instructors Approach (AA).

In order to implement the mandate of the Director General of Higher Education, Ministry of Education and Culture, the Educational Quality Assurance and Development Institute (LPMPP) through the Learning and Curriculum Development Division held: Focus Group Discussion on Preparation of Basic Skills Improvement Training Modules for Instructional Techniques (Pekerti) which will be held on March 1-3 2023 and was attended by 26 Speakers/Resources, Directors and Moderators.

The purpose of this activity is to increase lecturer competence and the quality of learning management in accordance with national standards and be able to create a favorable learning environment for students to be able to apply their skills.
