LPMPP Holds 91st Batch of PEKERTI Training in the Context of Increasing Lecturers' Teaching Competence

In order to improve the abilities/skills of teaching staff (lecturers) in managing the learning process, Unhas through the Quality Assurance and Educational Development Institute (LPMPP) held the 91st Class of PEKERTI Training online on Sunday (29/01) to Saturday (04 /02).
This activity is one of the service programs carried out by LPMPP Unhas in implementing the mandate of the Director General of Higher Education, Ministry of Education and Culture, who appointed Hasanuddin University as one of the organizers of PEKERTI-AA training and organizer of PEKERTI-AA Instructor Training.
Starting the activity, the Chair of the LPMPP (Prof. Dr. Ir. Musrizal Muin, M.Sc) in his introduction, conveyed the services provided through the three divisions in the LPMPP and specifically for PEKERTI training, we provide services by assigning facilitators who are assigned on a rotating basis to accompany participants in exploring the materials in this training.
Furthermore, Prof. Musrizal explained that this training is a forum for sharing experiences and ideas in improving knowledge and teaching skills, which is important, because we are faced with the world of education and the gap between the world of work and the processes we carry out in the classroom so that it can encourage us to design processes. -a learning process that is more appropriate and suited to the needs in the world of work for our students after they graduate.
After the opening, participants received a presentation of the material according to the schedule that had been prepared. In general, the activity went smoothly and was attended by 69 participants who were Educators from 8 Institutions in Indonesia. The entire series of activities ended at 14.30 WITA on Saturday.
After completing the training, participants take part in Report Writing Guidance and can receive a PEKERTI Training Certificate after uploading their Final Assignment via the SIKOLA application.
