Makassar, June 12, 2024 – The Institute for Quality Assurance and Educational Development (LPMPP) Hasanuddin University received a visit from the SPMI Facilitator of LLDIKTI Region XII in the context of benchmarking the Implementation of the Internal Quality Assurance System within Unhas. The event took place in the LPMPP AULA Room and was attended by seven participants from the SPMI Facilitator LLDIKTI Region XII and a team from LPMPP Unhas.

The SPMI facilitators of LLDIKTI Region XII who attended consisted of Dr. Simon P. Soegijono, M.Si (Universitas Kristen Indonesia Maluku), Dr. Samuel W. Sipahelut, MM (Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Administrasi Trinitas Ambon), Dr. Melkhianus Hendrik Pentury, M.Si (Universitas Kristen Indonesia Maluku), Lydia Maria Ivakdalam, S.P., M.Si (Universitas Kristen Indonesia Maluku), Agusmawanda, S.IP., M.Sos (Universitas Muhammadiyah Maluku Utara), Sirayandris J Botara, M.Si., Theol (Universitas Halmahera) and Levina Leonora Siahaya, SE, M.Si (LLDIKTI Region XII).

As for the LPMPP Unhas consists of Prof. Dr. Ir. Musrizal Muin, M.Sc as Chairman of LPMPP Unhas and Rini Rachmawaty, S.Kep., Ns., MN., Ph.D as Secretary of LPMPP accompanied by Dr. Phil. Nat. Sri Widodo, ST., MT (Head of Internal Quality Assurance Division), Prof. Dr. Yusring Sanusi B, S.S., M.App.Ling (Head of Curriculum and Learning Development Division), and Prof. Dr. Kasbawati, S.Si., M.Si (Head of Accreditation Management Division).

The main objective of this activity was to discuss the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI). During the benchmarking session, the participants discussed various aspects of SPMI implemented at Hasanuddin University. The discussion included an exchange of experiences, challenges, and best practices in implementing SPMI in their respective institutions.

Through this activity, it is hoped that closer collaboration can be created between LLDIKTI Region XII and LPMPP Unhas, as well as improving the quality of higher education through more effective SPMI implementation. In addition, this activity also aims to strengthen the capacity of SPMI facilitators in improving the quality of education in their respective universities.
