On Tuesday, March 11, 2025, a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) was signed between the Hasanuddin University Quality Assurance and Education Development Agency (LPMPP) and Duta Bangsa University Surakarta. The event was held in Meeting Room A of LPMPP Hasanuddin University. The collaboration outlined in the MoA covers various areas, including the implementation of activities related to the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI), the development of a curriculum based on Outcome-Based Education (OBE), and assistance in creating a curriculum aligned with higher education standards. This collaboration aims to enhance the quality of education and quality assurance at both institutions.

The event was attended by various parties from Duta Bangsa University Surakarta. Also present was Assoc. Prof. Rina Arum Prasetyanti, S.H., M.H., as Vice Rector for Field 3, who delivered a speech on the occasion. Additionally, the Chair of the Board of Trustees of Universitas Duta Bangsa, Prof. Dr. drg. Hasanuddin, M.S., and the Secretary of the Board of Trustees, Sri Sumarlinda, S.Kom., M.Kom., Ph.D., were also present at the event. The presence of the team from Universitas Duta Bangsa Surakarta demonstrates a strong commitment to strengthening academic collaboration between the two universities.

From the LPMPP of Hasanuddin University, the Chair of LPMPP, Prof. Dr. Ir. Musrizal Muin, M.Sc., also delivered a speech and expressed his hope that this cooperation would run smoothly and benefit both institutions. Additionally, the Secretary of LPMPP, Rini Rachmawaty, S.Kep., Ns., MN., Ph.D., also gave a presentation about Hasanuddin University and LPMPP Unhas, highlighting the strategic role of this institution in the development of higher education. Furthermore, several division heads from LPMPP were also present to support this collaboration.

During the event, the Head of the Accreditation Management Division, Prof. Dr. Kasbawati, S.Si., M.Si., and the Head of the Internal Quality Assurance Division, Dr. phil. nat. Ir. Sri Widodo, S.T., M.T., were also present and participated in discussions regarding the implementation of the collaboration. The signing of this MoA is expected to strengthen the academic quality evaluation system and create a curriculum that is more adaptive and relevant to the times. The program initiated through this collaboration is expected to bring significant benefits to students, lecturers, and educational institutions as a whole.

Overall, the MoA signing ceremony proceeded smoothly and was met with enthusiasm from both parties. With this collaboration, it is hoped that Hasanuddin University and Duta Bangsa University Surakarta can jointly enhance educational standards and graduate quality. This collaboration is also expected to serve as a model for other higher education institutions in establishing partnerships focused on sustainable improvements in educational quality.
